Memories Events Management, an award-winning creative event agency based in Dubai, Riyadh and Beirut is seeking an Account Manager (Events Management).

Job Purpose: The Account Manager will manage the relationship between clients & MEM ensuring that they receive exceptional service and support throughout the event management process. The role will be responsible for managing and organizing the event process from A to Z. In each of the projects, realizing the memorable events for each client and ensuring that outcomes are of the highest quality, on budget, within the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service to ensure seamless event execution.
Optimize project profitability by negotiating cost-effective supplier agreements while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Receive and analyze detailed client briefs, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives and expectations.
Provide the creative team with precise project briefs and deadlines, aligning with the event checklist and client requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, deliverables, and timely submissions of all event components.
Work closely with internal teams—including Client Services, Creative, Finance, and Operations—to ensure seamless project execution.
Research, evaluate, and secure suitable event venues, aligning with project needs and client preferences.
Ensure all events adhere to health and safety regulations, implementing necessary precautions for risk mitigation.
Oversee the delivery of all event elements as per the final client-approved quotation, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
Address and accommodate last-minute client changes professionally and efficiently.
Ensure all events uphold company branding and operational standards for consistency and quality.
Engage with clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
Communicate client needs and new project briefs to the creative team, fostering innovative event solutions.
Develop compelling project presentations and quotations aligned with company branding and client expectations.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee events from conception to execution, ensuring flawless delivery.
Provide hands-on management at events to guarantee smooth operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the Company.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager or Department Head
Qualifications
University degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
4-5 years’ experience in the event management industry, out of which min 3 years’ experience in a client servicing or account management.
