Immigration Consultant

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Immigration Consultant to join our growing visa and immigration consultancy team. Job Responsibilities:
- Assess client profiles and provide guidance on suitable visa and immigration options.
- Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Explain visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa and immigration applications.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with clients throughout the application process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of applications.
- Achieve monthly consultation and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in immigration, visa consultancy, travel consultancy, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems).
- Knowledge of visa and immigration procedures will be an advantage.
