We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Listings Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing property listings on online portals, handling social media posting, and ensuring high-quality marketing content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and manage property listings on real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
Optimize listings with high-quality images, videos, and engaging descriptions to attract potential clients.
Handle daily social media posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Develop creative marketing content, including graphics, reels, and promotional materials.
Monitor ad performance, track leads, and optimize campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
Ensure consistency in branding and marketing efforts across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate property information and timely updates.
Stay updated with trends in real estate marketing and social media algorithms.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
Familiarity with property listing portals and social media marketing.
Strong content creation skills (basic graphic design, video editing is a plus).
Ability to write compelling property descriptions and ad copy.
Knowledge of digital advertising and SEO is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or social media scheduling software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
