Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for an Immediate Joiners – Residential Expert who is an Arabic speaker. The Residential Expert will be responsible for assisting with property-related tasks such as carpentry, framing, and finish carpentry work. The role involves the use of power tools and hand tools to maintain and enhance residential properties. The candidate will be integral to ensuring the quality and appeal of properties, contributing to customer satisfaction and the company’s continued success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry
- Skilled in the use of Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Experience in Framing and related residential construction tasks
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in real estate or property maintenance is a plus
