Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist with expertise in Forge Rock and Ping Identity solutions to join our growing team. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient identity management solutions, ensuring seamless user authentication and access control across a variety of platforms and services.
Responsibilities
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on Ping Identity and Forge Rock.
Strong hands-on experience with Forge Rock OpenAM, Ping Identity Platform.
Expertise in identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and SCIM.
Experience implementing single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity federation.
Proficiency with role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
Experience with cloud identity solutions, particularly in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in an IAM environment.
Experience with API security and integration for identity management systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Certifications in Ping Identity (Ping Federate, Ping Access) and/or Forge Rock.
Familiarity with identity governance and administration (IGA) tools, particularly in conjunction with IAM platforms.
Experience with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or SOC 2.
Understanding of modern Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines in relation to IAM technologies.
Experience with directory services and database management (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).
