Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering or any related specialization.
15 years in ICT department in a similar organization with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
Job Specific Skills:
Direct management skills of major ICT operations.
Knowledge in business principles and techniques of administration, organization, and management, including an in-depth understanding of key business issues in the oil and gas industry, such as strategic and operational planning, oil and gas economics, personnel administration, and relevant laws.
Knowledge in systems design and development processes, including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, pilot testing, installation, evaluation, and operational management.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex logical and interpersonal issues.
Effective verbal and writtencommunication skills, along with effective presentation skills, geared toward coordination andeducation.
Ability to negotiate and defuse conflicts.
Willingness to travel when necessary.
Experience in various business activities in the oil and gas field.
