Qualifications
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree and be able to speak, write, and read fluently in English.
As an ICQA Researcher you will be assigned to research Inventory adjustments and transactions in detail and provide high‑quality data support for improvement initiatives, root‑cause investigations of operational defects, and collaborative problem solving. You will demonstrate ownership, lead by example in safety and quality performance, and develop subject‑matter expertise in all operations processes at your assigned site.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop data collection processes and data‑management systems.
- Maintain data integrity with an acceptable error rate.
- Design queries, compile data, and generate reports using MS Access and Excel.
- Chart and graph data for reporting purposes.
- Conduct in‑depth research of defect trends.
- Collect and enter data as needed.
- Perform data mining and problem‑solving activities.
Required Skills
- On‑floor active professional with strong self‑learning abilities.
- SQL or Data Science certificate or degree.
