Job Summary:
Leaders Training Centre, Qatar, is seeking a highly skilled IATA Certified Trainer with expertise in Airline Management and Airport & Ground Operations. This role involves delivering high-quality training programs, ensuring compliance with IATA standards, and equipping trainees with essential aviation industry skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on:
- Airline Management
- Airport Operations & Quality
- Ground Handling
- Airline Safety
- Fare & Ticketing
- Security & Cargo
- Civil Aviation Regulations
- Develop and deliver course materials aligned with IATA standards and industry best practices.
- Assess and evaluate trainees through tests, exercises, and feedback.
- Stay updated on aviation regulations, trends, and new technologies to enhance training content.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees for skill development and career advancement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in airline or airport operations.
- IATA Certification as a Trainer in Airline Management, Airport Operations, or Ground Handling.
- Extensive knowledge of IATA & ICAO regulations and industry standards.
- Proven experience in training or working within airline/airport operations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility to work part-time as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in training program design and curriculum development.
- Familiarity with digital tools and e-learning platforms.
- Multi-lingual proficiency is an advantage.
