· Assure continuous compliance with HSE rules.
· Lead and oversee all decontamination operations involving hazardous materials such as NORM, hydrocarbons, and other industrial contaminants.
· Develop comprehensive decontamination strategies, including risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans tailored to each project.
· Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulatory bodies (e.g., RC, SFDA, MEWA) and client-specific standards (e.g., ARAMCO GI, SABIC SHEMS).
· Supervise the setup and operation of specialized decontamination equipment.
· Coordinate with HSE teams to implement and monitor safety protocols, including confined space entry, PPE usage, and emergency response.
· Train and mentor decontamination teams on advanced techniques, chemical handling, and waste segregation.
· Manage hazardous waste disposal in accordance with national environmental regulations and client expectations.
· Maintain accurate documentation including waste manifests, decontamination reports, and regulatory submissions.
· Liaise with clients, auditors, and third-party inspectors during project execution and close-out.
· Support proposal development and estimation for decontamination scopes.
