Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and diagnose faults in hydraulic systems and components.
- Dismantle, repair, and reassemble hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, and power units.
- Replace worn or damaged seals, bearings, rods, pistons, and other components.
- Perform pressure testing, leak testing, and functional testing after repairs.
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals.
- Operate workshop equipment, including lathes, honing machines, presses, and testing benches.
- Maintain accurate service records and repair reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Assist with field service work when required.
- Recommend preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
Required Qualifications

- Diploma, ITI, or Hydraulics related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in hydraulic equipment repair and maintenance (or as required by the employer).
- Good understanding of hydraulic principles and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read hydraulic diagrams and technical documentation.
Familiarity with workshop tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment.
