**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Office Administrator to join our Dance Infinity team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in customer service, HR, accounting, and billing. This multifaceted role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive experience for our staff, students, and their families.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
– Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
– Manage accounting duties, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and financial reporting.
– Oversee billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions to clients.
– Support the development and implementation of dance curriculums, providing insight based on student feedback and performance outcomes.
– Maintain organized office operations and assist in scheduling and coordinating studio events and performances.
**Qualifications:**
– College diploma in Administration or a related field.
– Proven experience in customer service, HR, accounting, and billing.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
– Familiarity with dance curriculums and a passion for the performing arts is highly desirable.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
