Hydraulic Mechanic Jobs in الرياض at CCE Contracting & Construction Enterprises
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components.
- Repair, rebuild, and replace hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, hoses, and fittings.
- Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic equipment to minimize downtime.
- Test hydraulic pressure, flow, and system performance using specialized diagnostic tools.
- Identify and repair hydraulic leaks and system failures.
- Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble hydraulic components.
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals.
- Install and commission hydraulic systems and replacement components.
- Maintain accurate service, maintenance, and repair records.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and company maintenance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Technical diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics, Heavy Equipment Maintenance, or a related field.
- Previous experience repairing hydraulic systems and components is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and operating principles.
- Proficiency in diagnosing hydraulic, mechanical, and related electrical faults.
- Ability to use hydraulic testing equipment, measuring instruments, and specialized repair tools.
- Ability to read hydraulic schematics, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks.
