Position: HVAC Technician (6 months extendable)
Job Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment, mainly chillers, AHU, FCU, Fans, Pumps, DX units, HVAC panels, and controls.
Experience in repairing and fault rectification of chillers, AHU, FCU, Fans, Pumps, VRF, DX units, HVAC panels, and controls, including copper brazing, refrigerant charging, compressor installation, and controls repair.
Experience in the installation of DX units such as split, package, ducted split, fridge, deep freezer, VRF, and water cooler, along with copper brazing, refrigerant charging, testing, and commissioning.
Knowledge of chilled water pipes, ducts, valves, and insulation.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Carrying out minor electrical and plumbing maintenance work, such as repairing or replacing fixtures including wall switches, outlets, ballasts, bulbs, fuses, and plumbing fixtures.
Maintaining daily logs and records of all maintenance activities.
Coordinating with engineers and supervisors for repairs, corrective actions, and preventive maintenance.
Skills
Updating work completion and status daily.
Collaborating with safety officers and reporting on worker safety practices.
Understanding customer requirements and acting swiftly to meet their needs.
ITI or Diploma qualification with good knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repairs.
Industry experience of 3-5 years in the Middle East.
Good English communication skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
