OMNIYAT GROUP Facilities Managementis looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual tojoin our teamas a Skilled HVAC Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for HVAC maintenance in residential and commercial properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and visually appealing.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Handle PPM System for installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
Install and maintain FCU, DX Units, Split AC, Compressors, Motors, VRF Systems, etc.
Perform AC and HVAC work including Package AC, VRF, FCU, AHU, Split, etc.
Diagnose and troubleshoot Centrifugal chillers.
Requirements:
Solid understanding of HVAC.
Ability to diagnose and repair AC issues.
Strongattention to detailand the ability to work independently.
Excellentproblem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.
Physical fitnessand the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Strongcommunicationskills.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
