Description:
Job Purpose:
To fulfill various HVAC team leader tasks, assignments, and complete rotations under different levels of supervision to gain skills and capabilities that support and deliver project activities within defined time and quality parameters.
Description:
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Manage day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
Support the drafting of engineering standards/specifications and evaluate their effectiveness under the guidance of senior colleagues.
Assist in analyzing information, specifying methods, process steps, and plant machinery/equipment to design and improve manufacturing or material processes.
Create engineering drawings to communicate, evaluate, and implement engineering solutions.
Interpret data to navigate various processes, procedures, and precedents.
Install plant and machinery according to design specifications under supervision to meet operational, organizational, and regulatory standards.
Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standardized sources.
Maintain Hikma-JPI facilities in safe operational condition through supervision, planning, and coordination of HVAC system maintenance.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate HVAC equipment activities, tools, and consumables.
Participate in exterior and interior surface painting activities.
Maintain official documents and certificates of the site.
Prepare periodic reports on engineering activities and achievements for supervisors.
Conduct performance appraisals for subordinates and recommend necessary actions.
Follow preventive maintenance procedures for HVAC systems, including taking readings and signing documents.
Monitor warehouse consumables and request materials before they expire.
Coordinate maintenance work with production to avoid disruptions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
Assist in preparing accurate engineering reports to meet company standards.
Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies to ensure a safe work environment.
Perform other duties or assignments as directed.

Qualifications &
Experience:
Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as HVAC Technician.
Preferably experience in maintaining and installing air conditioning systems for factories.
