About The Job:
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
· Diagnose faults and carry out effective troubleshooting.
· Handle preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
· Attend service calls across multiple locations using company vehicle.
· Ensure proper functioning of FCU, AHU, package units, pumps, DB panels, and plumbing systems.
· Read and interpret technical drawings and service manuals.
· Maintain accurate service reports and job records.
· Follow all health & safety regulations and company procedures.
· Coordinate with supervisors and clients to ensure timely job completion.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3–4 years of MEP experience in UAE or GCC.
· Strong knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
· Valid UAE manual driving license (mandatory).
· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and under pressure.
· Basic communication skills in English.
· Physically fit for fieldwork.
Preferred Background:
· Experience in facility management / maintenance companies.
· Knowledge in duct cleaning, coil cleaning, and general AC servicing.
· Familiar with UAE safety standards.
