Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in HVAC technology to provide a strong foundational knowledge.
At least 3 years ofhands-on experiencein HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance within residential and commercial settings.
Strongproblem-solving skillsto identify and address HVAC issues quickly and effectively, minimizing downtime for clients.
