Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
- Use HVAC software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to record service activities and monitor equipment performance.
- Prepare reports, work schedules, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI/Technical Certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Experience using HVAC software, CMMS, or other maintenance management applications.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Good problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
