We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business by making outbound calls, promoting products or services, and closing sales. The Telesales Representative will also handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain a strong relationship with clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Identify and qualify leads, and convert them into sales.
Maintain a customer database by recording interactions and updating CRM systems.
Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide information on products or services.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
Follow up with leads to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Continuously improve product knowledge and stay informed about market trends.
Process customer orders and handle documentation in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner.
Ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
