Duties and Responsibilities:
Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues, including checking for leaks, measuring airflow, and evaluating overall system performance.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, lubricating moving parts, and replacing filters to prevent system failures and optimize performance.
Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, compressors, thermostats, fans, or valves, using proper tools, equipment, and following manufacturer specifications.
Test HVAC system performance, including airflow measurement, temperature calibration, refrigerant pressure checks, and ensuring proper functioning of controls and sensors.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
HVAC Technician Requirements:
The Candidate shall have experience in Split, package units, VRV and VRF
Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice
Very good English command
UAE valid driving license (Preferable)
2 years UAE experience
