HVAC SUPERVISOR Jobs in Doha at NEW STATE FACILITY MANAGEMENT
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HVAC Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to generate and handle on-call maintenance works independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair works
- Manage site teams and ensure work is completed on time
- Handle troubleshooting and technical issues efficiently
- Coordinate with clients and maintain good relationships
- Identify and bring in new on-call service opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor in Qatar
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Qatar locations and routes
- Ability to bring and manage on-call maintenance work
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Diploma/ITI in HVAC or Mechanical field preferred
