Position: HVAC Site Supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of HVAC supervisory experience.
UAE Driving License not Mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including AC and ventilation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Must have sound knowledge of repair and maintenance of DX AC systems including but not limited to Ducted,Decorative, WIndow, Package , cassette units etc.
Plan, organize, and schedule HVAC installation and repair projects.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and oversee repairs.
Maintain inventory of tools and materials needed for HVAC projects.
Keep detailed records of work performed, including labor and materials used.
Supervise the installation, maintenance, testing/commissioning, and repair of HVAC equipment.
Coordinate tasks, ensuring adherence to safety standards and work method statements.
Maintain up-to-date system documentation for all corrective, reactive, and planned maintenance.
Regularly monitor HVAC system operations and critical equipment.
Ensure all work is executed per client specifications.
