Job Vacancy: Female Arab Accountant (with Construction Background)
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 6000 to 7000 AED
We are looking for a Female Accountant with a strong background in the construction industry to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage financial records, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable.
Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget forecasts.
Handle payroll processing, tax calculations, and VAT compliance.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payment of suppliers.
Prepare reports on project costs, expenditures, and profitability analysis.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Assist in contract cost analysis and work closely with project managers.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of construction-related financial transactions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry.
✅ Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or ERP systems)
Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles, project cost tracking, and WIP reporting.
Good understanding of tax regulations, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
