We are seeking experienced and dynamic AC HVAC Sales Professionals to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Split AC, Window AC, and Ducted AC Systems, and associated MEP products for projects.
- Generate new business through market visits, client meetings, networking, and business development activities.
- Identify potential accounts and develop relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients.
- Promote and sell HVAC products along with related MEP solutions based on customer and project requirements.
- Manage project sales opportunities and actively follow up on leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long term business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC/AC project sales.
- Strong experience in selling Split AC, Window AC, and Ducted AC Systems.
- Familiarity with UAE codes and standards for AC equipment and MEP installations.
- Knowledge of project cost estimation and tendering processes.
- Proven track record in business development, project sales, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
