Position: HVAC Sales Engineer  )

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development: Sell to projects and pro-partners, and manage decision-making personnel. Establish and maintain relationships with owners, facility managers, consultants, contractors, and management companies to create opportunities and secure new projects.

Contract Negotiation & Deal Closing: Directly communicate with contractors to negotiate and close deals. Generate early-stage sales opportunities, and ensure the successful collaboration between the design and application teams.

Project Management: Manage the full sales cycle. Coordinate with design and application engineers to understand client requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Act as the liaison between all stakeholders, including operations teams to resolve any billing or collection issues.

Customer Relations & Compliance: Visit client sites to monitor equipment delivery and ensure all project phases comply with the customer’s specifications and MEC requirements.

Role Accountabilities

Proven Sales Experience: A successful track record in selling and marketing HVAC solutions to medium and large-sized companies in a competitive market.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in take-offs from plans and specifications for HVAC projects.

Business Development: Demonstrated ability to develop new business, drive sales, and close deals effectively.

Relationship Management: Strong ability to maintain and nurture relationships with local general contractors and other key stakeholders.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions and proactively resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive, proactive approach when working with people and addressing challenges.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related technical field.

Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in HVAC sales or a related sector.

Mandatory Requirements

Transferable Iqama

Valid KSA Driving License

Fluency in both Arabic and English
