HVAC FOREMAN Jobs in Dubai at Smart Engineering Constructions LLC
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HVAC Foreman to oversee and manage HVAC installations and operations at our project sites.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and excellent site coordination capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Fully supervise onsite technicians and laborers to ensure high-quality execution.Accurately read, interpret, and implement engineering shop drawings., create sketches, and convert them into clear working drawings.Coordinate effectively with all other site disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) to resolve any clashes.Monitor progress schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time, meeting safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of solid experience as an HVAC Foreman.
Proficient in reading and interpreting HVAC shop drawings and schematics.
Excellent skills in taking site sketches and drawing layouts.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for effective communication with engineers and management.
Strong leadership traits and problem-solving skills on-site.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
