HVAC Foreman / مشرف عمال تكييف Jobs in Sharjah at Belresheed Building Contracting
We are seek to hire skilled HVAC Foreman to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Lead and coordinate HVAC technicians and workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and installation of HVAC ducting and air conditioning systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and ensure proper maintenance of various HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, HVAC layouts, and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, project requirements, and safety regulations.
- Monitor manpower productivity and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE in HVAC installation, fabrication, and maintenance.
- Strong experience in the installation, servicing, and repair of all types of air conditioning systems.
- Knowledge of duct fabrication and HVAC system components.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and HVAC plans.
- Proven leadership and workforce management skills.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per hour
