HVAC Engineer with Sales Experience Jobs in Ajman at AL ASSALA GENERAL TRADING
As A Project Engineer, Responsibilities are to:
– Plan and execute projects with close communication with in line manager and clients
– Coordinate all tasks related to budgeting revenue invoicing purchase orders; provide data entry to support
management ensuring accurate tracking of budget
-Prepare documents, drawings, submittals, and other requirements raised by clients. Work closely, guide and
support project draftsman to prepare shop drawings as requested by clients.
-Maintain close communications and daily reporting to clients on project plan, progress, and completions.
– Supervise labors performances and efficiency of each tasks given considering budget and time in the workshop
and on project sites.
– Conduct QUALITY ASSURANCE and QUALITY CONTROL DUTIES on sites and in the workshop
-Provide logistical supports, purchases, resources to site team to perform efficiently and effectively.
– Communicate all issues to management prior to reaching critical status
– Managing product development in workshop and on sites.
– Provide additional administrative support as required
As a Sales Responsibilities are to:
-Assess clients’ requirements throughout attending site visits, telephone discussions, and tender documents,
and prepare drawings
-Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and supporting documents during sales process.
– Follow up on sales leads.
– Research and generate lists of potential customers. Reach out to new customers with company marketing
tools to generate new leads.
– Learn and apply sales techniques
– Maintain sales records in shared drive.
– Participate in sales meeting and site visits.
– Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
– Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
– Continuously improve through feedback
– Provide additional administrative support as required

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
