Position: HVAC (AC) TECHNICIAN
1. Installation and commissioning:
Install, test, and commissioning HVAC equipment, including heating and cooling units such as chillers & DX, air duct, AHU, and related components, follow installation diagrams and manufacturer guidelines to ensure correct placement and functionality.
2. Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, changing filters, lubricating components, and checking for leaks.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC units and systems, using testing equipment to identify faults.
Repair or replace damaged parts, such as compressors, coils, thermostats, motors, and condensers.
3. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
Troubleshoot and identify malfunctions in HVAC systems, utilizing diagnostic tools to pinpoint problems.
Provide timely and effective solutions to restore systems to full working order.
