Cenomi Retail Company announces a training opportunity through the Tamheer program in Riyadh for the position of:
🔹 Human Resources Training and Development Specialist
📍 Training Location: Riyadh
⏳ Training Duration: 6 months
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the preparation and implementation of training and development plans and programs.
* Identify training needs in coordination with various departments.
* Monitor the implementation of training programs and measure their effectiveness.
* Prepare training and development reports and statistics.
* Coordinate and organize training courses and workshops.
* Maintain training records and update relevant databases.
* Support employee learning and development initiatives and career paths.
Requirements:
* Hold a diploma, bachelor's degree, or higher from an accredited institution.
* No more than one year of work experience.
* Candidates must be at least 30 years old
* Not currently employed in the public or private sector.
* Registered and eligible in the Tamheer program through the Human Resources Development Fund.
* Has not previously benefited fully from the Tamheer program.
* Has not previously been excluded from the Tamheer program.
* Proficient in spoken and written English.
