Job Purpose:

To handle all HR functions specifically the personnel and recruitment process for the GCC region by attracting, developing and retaining the best talents on the market.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Implements overall recruitment policies and procedures, and hiring strategies set by the HRD.

Uses social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates and prepare matching job postings and optimize the use of the careers section on the website.

Screens candidates’ resumes and job applications and ensures to expand the CV’s backup database.

Assesses applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes and fills the according forms and recruitment trackers.

Conducts interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and the CBI technique and conducts reference checks for shortlisted candidates.

Builds networks to find qualified candidates and uses referrals and internal job postings.

Coordinates efficiently with all heads of departments to respond to their requirements and fill the requested positions based on the manpower planning prepared yearly with HRD and meets the recruitment request forms.

Prepares and negotiates job offers with shortlisted candidates as per HRD guidelines and salary scale.

Continuously improves the recruitment process including data management (HR forms, Candidate Database, Search Reports…) and suggests new talent acquisitions and retention methods.

Conducts exit interviews for resigned employees and updates the related Turnover reports.

Updates the employees’ personnel files and ensures they are complete and signed without any missing documents including all work permits, visas, and contracts.

Handles ticket bookings, hotel stays, and all administrative-related tasks.

Requests travel insurance policies for frequent employee travelers, keeps track of them, and renews them before expiry when needed.

Prepares and controls all contracts (local and consultancy agreements) and gets approvals from required parties.

Conducts periodical visits to the stores as per the approved plan, prepares visit reports and action plans to be shared with the management.

Submits accurate payroll data in relation to new joiners and leavers.

Coordinates with the insurance company on all additions/exclusions of members, submission, and coordination on all medical claims.

Drafts employees’ work certificates and all official letters when required.

Assists in the implementation of the training process and the organization of in-house sessions when needed.

Receives employees’ complaints and channels them to the Regional HR Director.

Supports the HR department with various HR events, ER, CSR, and other projects.

Ensures the end of probation evaluation is conducted on time and results are discussed with the Regional HR Director and the Line Manager.

Handles the onboarding and orientation of new employees under his/her responsibility and accurately completes requisite paperwork for new staff members as per the recruitment process.

Assists in the preparation of the job descriptions and organizational charts and reviews them on a yearly basis.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor Degree in HR Management or any related field;
Master’s degree in HRM is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
