Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily HR operations and support employees with HR-related inquiries and requests
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management activities
- Ensure employee records and HR documentation are maintained accurately and confidentially
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, employee relations, recruitment, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Healthcare experience is an advantage
