A Human Resources Supervisor manages employee relations, supports daily operations and supervises team members. They also assist with the recruitment and selection process and ensure a smooth onboarding for all team members.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the recruitment and selection process is followed, and knowledge about Qatar Labour Law is preferred.
Ensure management reports are completed for the head office and region.
Support and advise Managers on proper policies and procedures.
Managesuccession planningwith senior managers during the bi-annual appraisal process.
Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability.
Ensure absence monitoring is in line with company guidelines.
Assist in the organisation of Team Member social events.
Work with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industry.
Assist and resolve team member and management queries.

Experience with MS Office applications and Outlook.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
