Job Summary
The Human Resources Supervisor – Employee Relations is responsible for managing employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and maintaining a positive work environment. The role focuses on handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and promoting effective communication between employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters across the organization
- Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disputes in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct investigations related to misconduct, policy violations, and workplace issues
- Provide recommendations on disciplinary actions in line with company policy
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies
- Develop, review, and update employee relations policies and procedures
- Support implementation of HR policies across all departments and subsidiaries
- Maintain proper documentation of all employee relations cases
Disciplinary & Performance Cases
- Manage disciplinary processes including warnings, suspensions, and terminations
- Advise managers on handling performance and behavioral issues
- Ensure fair and consistent application of disciplinary actions
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Identify trends in employee concerns and recommend proactive solutions
- Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture
Advisory Role
- Provide guidance to line managers on employee relations matters
- Support HR Business Partners and Recruitment teams on employee-related issues
- Assist in conflict resolution between employees or teams
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on employee relations cases, trends, and risks
- Analyze data to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in employee relations
- Experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC is highly preferred
