Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Visa & Compliance Management:Manage and independently execute the full lifecycle of employee visa processes across various Dubai Free Zones, with a comprehensive understanding of Mainland application procedures (including new visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes). Proactively monitor visa expiration timelines and consult with supervisors in a timely manner to initiate either the renewal or cancellation workflow, ensuring zero compliance risks.

2. Payroll Administration:Process and verify payroll calculations, ensuring accurate compensation adjustments.

3. Proven ability to reconcile and output accurate monthly attendance data whenever required.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related disciplines;

2. Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience in UAE, with hands-on experience in visa/immigration processes and payroll administration;

3. Familar with local labor laws and visa/work permit regulations (e.g., labor office, immigration department procedures);

4. Strong awareness of confidentiality regarding employee salary data and personal identity documents;

5.Excellent written and spoken English is required;
