Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Conducting performance management and providing feedback
Managing payroll and
employee benefits
Handling visa procedures and ensuring MOHRE compliance
Conducting employee evaluations and preparing necessary reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Minimum 2+ years of HR experience
Strong recruiting skills with a proven ability to enhance talent acquisition strategies
Experience in training managers and employees
Excellent organizational,
critical thinking

communication skills
High
attention to detail
and strong judgment
Fluent in English with a professional and well-presented demeanor
