About the Role
We are seeking an all around HR Generalist to join our HR small team. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle with a heavy focus on Payroll, Attendance, and Saudi Labor Law.
We need a “do er” who is comfortable on the ground, interacting with staff daily, and navigating MHRSD platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad) independently.
Experience Level: 1-4 Years
Location: Jeddah l Safa (On Site)
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll & WPS: Full ownership of the monthly payroll cycle and 100% compliance via Mudad.
- Attendance & Leave: Track daily attendance and shifts; manage leave balances and off days.
- Recruitment: Lead the end to end process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for internal complaints and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Government Platforms: Independent management of Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Personnel Management: Maintain employee files and ensure all policies align with Saudi Labor Law.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language: Fluent Arabic (Written & Spoken) is mandatory. English is a plus.
- Numeracy: Must be highly comfortable with data, calculations, and financial accuracy.
- Excel Mastery: High proficiency is mandatory (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
- Education: HR Accredited Courses/Certificates (Bachelor’s in HR/Business is a plus).
