The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy compliance. The role ensures that HR strategies and practices align with the company’s goals and values, and supports a productive, compliant, and engaging work environment. The candidate will also guide the HR team and coordinate with all departments to meet organizational needs.

Job Purpose:

The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy compliance. The role ensures that HR strategies and practices align with the company’s goals and values, and supports a productive, compliant, and engaging work environment. The candidate will also guide the HR team and coordinate with all departments to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.

Employee Relations: Promote a positive and inclusive work culture. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in line with labor laws and company policies.

Compensation and Benefits: Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and coordinate with finance for accurate reporting and compliance.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and create development plans and learning programs to support employee growth and organizational capability.

HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in alignment with labor regulations. Ensure the company remains compliant with Saudi labor law and internal standards.

HR Data & Reporting: Maintain and manage HRIS systems and employee records. Provide regular HR reports and workforce analytics for management review.

Internal Controls and Audits: Support HR-related internal audits and ensure accuracy in employee documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
