What is the Main Aim of This Position?
As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing organizational and employee needs in alignment with HR policies, ensuring the effective positioning of human resources. You will play a key role in implementing and embedding HR policies and procedures across the organization while managing and enhancing HR processes to support the company’s strategic goals. Additionally, you will focus on improving the employee experience by delivering HR solutions tailored to the needs of business units.
What We Expect From You?
Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers within your assigned department, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Serve as a strategic partner and consultant to internal stakeholders, building strong business relationships.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and processes designed by the Center of Excellence teams align with company strategy and are effectively implemented across the organization.
Oversee and coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with Center of Excellence teams and cross-functional departments on HR projects, providing insights and feedback from business units.
Manage the adaptation process of new hires, conducting check-ins and gathering feedback to enhance the experience.
Identify recruitment needs, create succession plans for critical roles, and build a strong talent pipeline.
Take an active role in the Talent Management process.
Partner with Center of Excellence teams to plan campus recruitment events.
Manage voluntary and mandatory internship programs based on business needs.
Prepare and distribute employment contracts and ensure smooth onboarding.
Oversee employee exit processes, conduct exit interviews, provide feedback to managers, and drive necessary actions.
Work closely with managers to optimize the Performance Management process.
Ensure organizational changes are implemented effectively in line with company strategy and business needs.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and take action based on survey results.
Support promotion and appointment processes within the department.
Provide insights on department development to managers and Center of Excellence teams, ensuring necessary actions are taken.
Why You?
If you have minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
If you have an advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, with the ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.
If you have strong command of English (both written and spoken), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
If you have an experience in HR digital tools and is a plus.
