The implementation of human resource policies is conducted in accordance with Saudi labor regulations, overseeing recruitment operations and administrative communications, as well as employee affairs to ensure stability and the restructuring of operational frameworks. Responsible for managing and organizing daily HR operations and employee affairs to ensure a stable work environment and the application of regulations in line with Saudi labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment, sorting resumes, and monitoring direct hiring procedures and contracts.
- Monitoring employee files, leave requests, periodic performance evaluations, and attendance and compliance management.
- Managing operations on governmental platforms (Qiwa, social insurance, Absher individuals).
- Preparing decisions, notifications, and administrative directives directed to the work team.
- Monitoring the application of internal labor regulations and health and safety requirements.
