Position Overview:
The HR Specialist will provide comprehensive HR support to both office staff and production teams based in Abu Dhabi. This role will involve overseeing HR operations and contributing to a positive company culture during a phase of rapid growth. The role will also support recruitment, employee relations, and talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Support: Oversee daily HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and operational HR support for the Abu Dhabi site.
Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labour laws, and industry regulations.
Talent Management: Assist with performance management, training needs analysis, employee development, and succession planning.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
HR Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records, manage HR systems, and ensure confidentiality.
Health & Safety Coordination: Work closely with production teams to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Ensure smooth payroll processing in coordination with external providers and manage employee benefits.
Change Management: Support the company’s growth initiatives and help integrate new teams and processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably within manufacturing or personal care product industries.
Languages:English proficiency is essential. Arabic is ideal but not essential.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
Other: Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices is preferred.
