HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning human resources strategies with business objectives by collaborating with leadership and employees to improve organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement. The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and helps drive key HR initiatives to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership:

Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.

Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend solutions for workforce challenges.

2. Talent Management & Workforce Planning:

Support talent acquisition strategies by identifying hiring needs and partnering with recruiters.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement:

Foster a positive work environment by implementing engagement initiatives.

Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances while ensuring a fair resolution.

4. Performance Management & Development:

Coach managers and employees on performance management best practices.

Support goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development planning.

5. HR Policy & Compliance:

Ensure company policies comply with local labor laws and regulations.

Guide managers on HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.

6. Change Management & Organizational Development:

Lead HR initiatives during business transformations and restructuring.

Support cultural change efforts to enhance company performance and engagement.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.

Experience in workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of management.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, CIPD).

Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
