Role Summary: The Human Resources Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting daily HR operations and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of employee lifecycle processes. The role covers onboarding, employee records, government platforms, attendance, HR documentation, employee services, and coordination with payroll and related HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract preparation, employee files, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system and ensure all documents are updated and properly archived.
  • Handle HR government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher Business, and Ministry of Human Resources portals.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters, salary certificates, employment certificates, warning letters, and other official HR documents.
  • Support payroll by providing accurate monthly inputs related to attendance, leaves, deductions, new joiners, and leavers.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping records in coordination with department managers.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR services, contracts, benefits, leaves, and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate medical insurance additions, deletions, upgrades, and employee claims when required.
  • Support probation period follow-up, contract renewals, and employee documentation requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, turnover, attendance, Saudization, and HR operations activities.
  • Assist in improving HR processes, forms, workflows, and employee service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, personnel affairs, or employee services.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government platforms.
  • Experience with HR systems or ERP platforms is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong follow-up, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Saudi national preferred.
