TSC is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our Jeddah office. If you're passionate about HR operations, have strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
- Process employee transactions across government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other relevant portals.
- Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, and separation processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support HR reporting.
- Support payroll administration, leave management, and employee documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR Operations experience within Saudi Arabia.
- Hands-on experience managing the complete employee lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with HRIS systems; Oracle HRMS experience is preferred.
