We are looking to hire Talented Emirati for this role to support and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services, compliance with internal policies and labour regulations, and a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
- Manage end-to-end HR operations processes
- Prepare HR letters (offer letters, salary certificates, NOCs, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Labour Law and internal HR policies
- Generate HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, leave)
- Coordinate visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and other government-related documentation (where applicable)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration
