Job Description:
The Human Resources Operation Specialist functions as a critical facilitator of HR operational practices, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes within the organization. This entry-level position requires a proactive individual who possesses a solid foundation in human resource processes and functions. The specialist will be responsible for executing HR operational functions, including the management of payroll calculations, employee leave entitlements, and handling employee documentation in accordance with labor laws and internal policies.

Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in human resources operations, demonstrating familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, with strong data management and reporting skills.
Knowledge of payroll processes, including the calculation of salaries, end-of-service entitlements, overtime, and deductions.
Strong understanding of financial procedures related to HR functions, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
Ability to effectively organize tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Displaying strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and management effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and processing payroll calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Support the development and implementation of HR operational procedures, documentation, and policies to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring the completion of required documentation and related activities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies.
Process employee leave requests and ensure accurate record-keeping of attendance and leave accruals.
Collaborate with the HR team to execute annual performance management processes and facilitate employee evaluations.
Provide support in the execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives to improve workplace morale and culture.
