Memac Ogilvy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SAUDI NATIONAL – HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role requires a strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor law and practical experience with HR systems like Qiwa and GOSI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a proven ability to manage a variety of HR functions effectively.
Responsibilities:
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian labor law.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, visa processing (where applicable), and exit interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (Qiwa, GOSI, etc.).
Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
Manage employee leave requests and track attendance.
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Qualifications:
Must be a Saudi National.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role within Saudi Arabia.
Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor law and HR practices.
Practical experience with Saudi HR systems, including Qiwa and GOSI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English fluency is essential).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
