We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations for one of our clients.

The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including reconciliation and coordination with the finance department.

Salary Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any salary-related issues or discrepancies reported by employees.

HRMS/HR Software: Manage employee data and records using HRMS or other HR software platforms.

Day-to-Day HR Operations:Issue HR letters (employment, confirmation, promotion, etc.) Oversee leave and attendance tracking,Compile and submit monthly HR reports

Employee Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns promptly and confidentially, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

Recruitment & On boarding: Assist in the recruitment lifecycle—shortlisting, interviews, selection,Conduct on-boarding programs and ensure seamless integration of new hires

Off-boarding Process: Manage employee exit procedures, including documentation, clearance, and exit interviews.

Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and team cohesion. Support internal communication and culture-building initiatives.

Medical Insurance Management: Coordinate with insurance providers for policy renewals, enrollment and deletion of the employee from the policy.Maintain updated records of enrolled employees and dependents.

Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel to other offices in Dubai as required to support HR operations.

Labor law : A strong understanding of labor laws is essential for ensuring compliance across all HR functions
