Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in a school as an HR officer
knowledgeable in Kuwait Labor law and the regulations of the Private Education Division.
Acquainted with the government procedures related to schools.
Bilingual ( English and Arabic)
The Main Duties
Comply with the school’s mission , philosophy, system and educational approach and to implement such objectives throughout their duties
Prepare the contract of the newly hired staff and insert their personal information into the system of the personnel affairs and print the contracts of those renewing their employment with the school
Open/update/change the staff’s paper/electronic files. Make sure that the files include all the required official documents.
Issue/modify/update the document/approvals of the Private Education Division.
Prepare and plan the newly hired staff’s Orientation Week.
Establish good and continuous communication with the school staff (newly hired/current) and respond to their inquiries received by phone or email.
Transfer/renew/cancel the residency stamps of expats, make sure that the residency stamp procedures are complete and change/correct their information in the system
Register Kuwaiti staff in the social security program for pension scheme and make sure of the given information and the one inserted into the system.
Contribute in establishing and updating the school’s policies and regulations and communicate them to the staff.
Modify/update/print the staff handbook and hand it to the staffs (new/returning) at the beginning of the year.
Compose and issue official letters (warning/appraisal/termination/salary certificate/ to whom it may concern/resignation/in and out school correspondence)
Prepare the periodic/annual reports and submit them to the Director as an update, and handle assigned work
Do the administrative and faculty staff statistics and budgets and submit them to the concerned ministries
Communicate with public departments and agents like Banks (open Staffs’ account), airline agents (booking tickets and requesting price quotations
