Job Summary
We are seeking ahighly experienced HR Managerwith astrong background in European HR practicesto lead the human resources function for a leadingEPC and industrial projects companyin Qatar. This role is best suited for professionalsfamiliar with HR management in European or American industrial and construction sectors, particularly in large-scale EPIC projects. The ideal candidate will bringstrategicleadership, compliance expertise, and workforce planning skillstailored todynamic, multi-disciplinary engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Compliance
Develop and implementHR policies and proceduresaligned withbest practices from leading European industrial companies.
Ensure compliance withinternational HR standards and local labor laws, maintainingEuropean-level corporate governance.
Oversee employment contracts, workforce planning, andexpatriate HR management.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management:
Leadtalent acquisition strategiesfocused onhighly skilled professionals with European project experience.
Manage recruitment fortechnical and managerial roles in EPC, construction, and oil & gas sectors.
Oversee onboarding, performance management, andcareer developmentprograms to ensurehigh retention of specialized talent.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster acorporate culture reflective of leading European or American industrial companies, promotingtransparency, integrity, and excellence.
Act as a strategic HR partner, advisingsenior leadershiponbest HR practices,change management, and workforce optimization.
Implement structuredemployee engagementprograms tailored to aninternational workforce with a focus on European work ethics.

Qualifications & Experience:

Extensive exposure to European HR frameworks, with experience inEuropean multinational industrial or EPC companies.
Strong knowledge ofglobal talent acquisition, expatriate management, and international workforce strategies.
Proven experience inorganizational development, HRdigital transformation, and employee relations.
