This is an office-based role.
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team.
This is not a traditional HR administration role, and it is not a recruitment position. We already have a dedicated recruiter. Your focus will be on developing our people, supporting leaders, driving performance, and building a strong company culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
* Support managers with performance management and employee development.
* Coach leaders on people management and HR best practices.
* Handle employee relations and resolve workplace matters professionally.
* Develop and implement HR policies and internal processes.
* Lead performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.
* Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
* Foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
Requirements
* Previous HR experience in a Dubai real estate brokerage is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized, proactive, and people-focused.
* Fluent in English and Arabic.
